Account Executive New Business Cyber Security

Position Overview:
As an account executive new business you are responsible for driving growth by building Mid Market new clients by working closely together with the Technical, Channel Partner and Marketing team. This role focuses on the sales of a comprehensive cybersecurity platform, leveraging an understanding of industry trends.You will be the trusted advisor as you articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to customers. Effective communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.

Your Responsibilities:
The objective of this role is to create and maintain a high-quality working relationship with a broad range of contacts at new accounts.
Finding new clients and building business relationships. Not afraid of prospecting, an entrepreneurial mindset is required.
Create new opportunities at accounts and focus on replacing competitive products.
Build and maintain client contacts and relationships by understanding client’s business and requirements.
Work closely with the necessary Systems Integrators, resellers, and other partners to enable strategic development of your accounts.
Maintain up-to-date pipeline and forecast reporting systems.
Attendance and presentation at relevant sales exhibitions and events.
Provision of timely and accurate reports on a regular basis as directed by the Sales Director.

You have:
A Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling technology-based solutions to new clients.
Consultative Selling Experience. You know how to use consultative selling methodologies to show the (business) value of solutions.
Stakeholder management capabilities: Ability to identify key persons within an account and understand their decision-making and procurement processes.
Drive and Creativity: The drive and creativity to win new logos to extend the customer base.
Cyber Security Expertise: Experience in selling cybersecurity solutions is advantageous but not a must. Affinity with cybersecurity is important.
