Sales Executive Transformation training services
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our clients' Transformation service line. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities and driving revenue growth with a focus on Transformation training services like Agile, DevOps, SRE, Leadership, Product Management, and Scrum.
Responsibilities
Identify and target opportunities within top 250+ companies and category leaders, with a focus on Transformation training services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored training solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Collaborate closely with sales of our clients' other service lines to target accounts.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
Build in-depth knowledge of clients' business priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities.
Continuously learn about offerings, successes, and business ecosystem to share and bring insights to clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
Relevant sales or business development experience
Having affinity with IT (Transformation), Agile and developing skills within organizations
Desire to learn and succeed in enterprise selling
Ability to work in a fast-paced, open floor and competitive environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth
